🛡️ What’s Included (Scope of Work)

1. Kitchen Deep Cleaning:

• Intensive cleaning of the kitchen platform, sink, and tiles.

• Degreasing of exhaust fans and external chimney surfaces.

• Detailed cleaning of all empty cabinets, drawers, and trolleys (inside and out).

2. Bathroom Deep Cleaning (All 5 Bathrooms):

• Complete descaling of wall tiles and floors to remove hard water stains.

• Deep sanitization of toilets, washbasins, and shower areas.

• Polishing of all steel/chrome taps and bathroom fittings.

3. Large Area Floor Restoration:

• Mechanical Floor Scrubbing: Use of professional heavy-duty scrubbing machines and specialized chemicals to restore the shine of the entire flooring across all 5 bedrooms and the hall.

4. Windows, Balconies & Doors:

• Cleaning of all window glass, frames, and deep cleaning of sliding channels.

• Wiping and dusting of all internal and external doors, frames, and handles.

• Scrubbing of all balcony floors and cleaning of railings.

5. Ceilings & Electrical Fixtures:

• Thorough removal of cobwebs from all 5 bedrooms, living areas, and high corners.

• Detailed cleaning of all ceiling fans, tube lights, and electrical switchboards.

⚠️ Important Notes (Exclusions)

• Furniture: This package is specifically for vacant flats and does not include the cleaning of any movable furniture (sofas, beds, tables) or fixed wooden furniture (wardrobes, closets, or decorative wood paneling).

• Walls: We perform dry dusting only. Removal of old paint marks, permanent ink, or moisture/dampness stains is not included.

• Utilities: Continuous supply of electricity and water must be provided by the client to operate our heavy-duty machinery.
