The Urban Service: Interior Cabinet Cleaning Process
We go beyond a simple wipe-down to ensure every corner of your storage is food-safe and spotless:
Step 1: Emptying & Assessment We assist in removing all items from the cabinets. This allows us to inspect the corners for signs of pests (like cockroaches or silverfish) and heavy oil accumulation.
Step 2: Dry Vacuuming Using specialized narrow-nozzle vacuums, we extract loose flour, spice dust, and crumbs from the tracks of modular drawers and the deep corners of shelves.
Step 3: Industrial Degreasing We apply a professional-grade, food-safe degreaser to the interior walls and base of the cabinets. This breaks down the “sticky” film caused by Indian cooking fumes.
Step 4: Manual Scrubbing & Stain Removal Our technicians manually scrub stubborn turmeric (haldi) stains, oil rings, and dried-on spills using non-abrasive pads to ensure no scratches are left on your laminates or wood.
Step 5: Sanitization & Odor Neutralization We wipe all surfaces with an antibacterial solution to kill germs. We also neutralize “stale” food odors that often linger in closed kitchen compartments.
Step 6: Track & Hinge Detailing For modular kitchens, we clean the telescopic drawer tracks and hinges, removing the grit that causes them to jam or squeak.
