For a project of this scale, we deploy a supervised team of 6–8 professionals to ensure meticulous detail across every square foot.

• Step 1: Elite Protection Protocol In a 5 BHK, we take extra care. We move heavy furniture to the center and use industrial-grade, waterproof drop cloths to shield luxury flooring (like Italian marble), expensive carpets, and electronic installations.

• Step 2: Full-Home Micro-Dusting Using extendable microfiber poles and HEPA vacuums with soft-brush attachments, we clear all cobwebs and settled dust from double-height ceilings and wall joints.

• Step 3: Zonal Stain Specialization

  • Kitchen & Pantry: Intense degreasing of walls to remove oil films and spice-related staining.

  • Children’s/Playrooms: Targeted removal of handprints, scuffs, and pencil marks.

  • Bedrooms & Corridors: Removal of “ghosting” marks and oils from headboard areas.

• Step 4: The Professional “Vertical Segment” Wash Using a pH-neutral, paint-preserving solution, our crew uses the “Bottom-to-Top” manual wash technique. This ensures that dirty water doesn’t create permanent drip-streaks on the dry parts of your premium paint.

• Step 5: Double-Stage Rinsing & Buffing Walls are wiped with fresh water to ensure no chemical residue remains. We then use high-GSM microfiber towels to buff the walls, restoring the paint’s original sheen and depth of color.

• Step 6: Detail Finishing & Walkthrough We conclude by detailing all skirting boards, door frames, and window sills. Our supervisor then performs a final walkthrough with you to ensure every room meets The Urban Service standard.
