The Urban Service: 5-Step Wall Washing Process
We use a systematic “top-to-bottom” approach to ensure no streaks are left behind and your flooring stays protected.
Step 1: Surface Dusting & Cobweb Removal We begin by dry-dusting the walls from ceiling to floor using microfiber dusters to remove loose particles and cobwebs. This prevents the formation of “mud” when moisture is applied.
Step 2: Floor & Furniture Protection Before any liquid touches the walls, we cover your flooring and nearby furniture with protective sheets to prevent drips or splashes.
Step 3: Targeted Spot Cleaning Our technicians identify specific marks—such as pencil/crayon marks, switchboard grime, or chair-rub stains—and treat them with specialized, non-abrasive cleaning agents.
Step 4: Systematic Manual Washing Using a professional-grade, pH-neutral solution and soft sponges, we wash the walls in sections. We use a “bottom-up” technique to prevent dirty water from running down and staining dry areas.
Step 5: Rinsing & Buffing The walls are rinsed with clean, damp microfiber cloths to remove any detergent residue. Finally, we buff the surface with a dry cloth to ensure a streak-free, vibrant finish.
