The Urban Service: 6-Step Mattress Restoration Process

When handling two mattresses, our team follows a systematic approach to ensure consistent hygiene:

1. Industrial HEPA Vacuuming: We use high-power suction on both sides of each mattress to pull out loose dust, dead skin, and hair that regular house vacuums miss.

2. UV-C Sanitization (Optional/Recommended): Aimed at neutralizing dust mites and bed bugs deep within the fibers.

3. Targeted Spot Cleaning: Each mattress is inspected for sweat rings, food spills, or ink marks. We apply pH-balanced agents to lift these stains specifically.

4. Injection-Extraction Shampooing: We inject a professional antibacterial foam into the fabric. Our machine then immediately extracts the foam along with dissolved grime, ensuring the internal padding doesn’t get over-soaked.

5. Odor Neutralization: A special treatment is applied to remove “musty” smells, leaving both beds smelling fresh and clean.

6. High-Suction Drying: By removing 90% of the moisture, we significantly reduce drying time, allowing the mattresses to be used the same evening.
