🛡️ Scope of Work: What’s Included

This service provides an intensive clean of your workspace, including the Main Cabin, Staff Workstations, Reception Area, and Washroom.

1. Workstations & Furniture

• Desks & Tables: Wet and dry wiping of all office desks, conference tables, and side units.

• Storage: External cleaning of all filing cabinets, wardrobes, and bookshelves.

• Upholstery (Dry Care): Deep dry vacuuming of office chairs and sofa seats to remove dust and allergens.

• Electronics: Gentle dry wiping of monitors, keyboards, and printers (external surfaces only).

2. Core Office Areas

• Windows & Glass: Deep cleaning of all window glass, frames, and internal glass partitions/cabins.

• Ceiling & Fixtures: Removal of cobwebs and cleaning of all fans, lights, and switchboards.

• Floors: Professional deep scrubbing using an Industrial Single Disk Machine to remove scuff marks and stains, followed by vacuuming.

3. Pantry & Washroom

• Pantry Area: Deep cleaning of wall tiles, countertops, and cabinet exteriors.

• Washroom: Top-to-bottom scrubbing of tiles and intensive descaling of the WC, washbasin, and all taps/fittings.

• Cleaning the internal components of electronic appliances or AC units.

• Wet Shampooing: Chair or Sofa shampooing (Available as an Add-on).

• External building glass/facade cleaning.

• Removal of permanent Paint, Cement, or Glue Stains.
