4. Tile & Grout Scrubbing: Systematic scrubbing of all wall tiles from ceiling to floor, ensuring the removal of mold and grime from grout lines.

5. Sanitization of WC & Washbasin: Multi-point cleaning of the toilet bowl (internal/external), cistern, and washbasin using germicidal disinfectants.

6. Fixture Polishing: Polishing of all chrome and stainless steel fittings (taps, shower handles, health faucets) to restore their original shine.
